архитектура телекоммуникационной информационной сети
Название концепции создания широкополосной интеллектуальной сети, в которой обеспечивается независимое распределение программных средств по разным элементам. Архитектура строится на базе объектно-ориентированного подхода, позволяющего унифицировать средства и способы управления разнородными сетями связи, а также допускает возможность замены любого элемента сети без модификации смежных узлов. Принципы TINA нацелены на отделение практически неизменяемых функций оперативного и эксплуатационного управления от требующих гибкости сетевых функций.
